At Tacofied, we put world cuisine like Greek Chicken Gyros, BBQ, Spring Rolls, and others into tortillas and turn them into tacos!

Plus we offer housemade sodas and seltzers, diced salad, and potato chips.

The mission of Tacofied is to make people happy — even for just a moment. We foster a stress-free environment where you can be yourself, enjoy a great meal, and have a good time doing it.​​

Why don’t you make food I’m used to?

This is the food you’re used to! When I tacofy a familiar dish like Fish ‘n’ Chips or BBQ, the ingredients and flavor don’t change, just the way it’s presented. It’s the same food, but in a convenient, hand-held, on-the-go, fun, and exciting way!

With history as a writer, musician, performer, and mixologist, I’ve always pushed myself to be creative, challenging assumptions, testing traditions, and stretching boundaries. Not surprisingly, I’m the same way in the kitchen.​​

Some people aren’t comfortable eating food they’re not familiar with, but as my wife would say, “It’s a healthy risk.” I encourage you to take it. You’ll be glad you did.

Why don’t you get a real job?

After 15 years working as a mixologist/manager/grunt in the restaurant/bar business, now I’m doing my own thing. I really enjoy being creative, working with my hands, and making people feel happy, respected, and loved.

Tacofied is a chance for me to do all of those at once! It’s a ridiculous amount of work, but it gives me a platform to do good and be a productive part of my community.
